Ryan Botsis is the head principal attorney of RMB Attorneys and his passion is vested in Property, Commercial and Insurance law. He completed his Batchelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Howard College) where he served as the deputy-President of the Student Law Council. He served his articles of clerkship and time as a senior associate at two of the most well-respected law firms in KwaZulu-Natal where he gained vast knowledge and experience in multiple fields of the legal industry. After acquiring the necessary experience and confidence Ryan moved on to establish his own law firm known as RMB Attorneys.
Ryan is very meticulous and places great emphasis on the quality of work that he produces. He believes strongly in building relationships with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. His strong personality and ability to relate with people both young and old give him a great advantage in his chosen field of law. He believes in delivering a high standard of service and finds it most rewarding by continuously contributing towards to the legal system on a day to day basis.

Whether you are selling or buying property (Commercial or Residential) and require a Conveyancer to professionally assist you through the transfer process we are able to to do so together with our corresponding attorneys with whom we work very closely with to ensure that each and every transaction is attended to with the personal attention it deserves.
Our Commercial Department is comprised of a dedicated collections team who are able to use their skills to assist with the recovery of funds from non-performing debtors. Our range of services offered in this department extends for the recovery of debts of clients which through our professional network of colleagues we are able to institute proceedings anywhere throughout South Africa. We are also able to provide assistance in the drafting of commercial contracts and further provide sound advice with respect to the reviewing of already existing contracts.
Our Insurance Department is able to competently provide professional assistance to the insured with respect to any insurance policy claims. Given the current times we focus primarily on Business Interruption claims whereby we conduct the necessary communications with our clients insurance brokers and insurers to ensure that each and every claim is dealt with accurately and effectively and that the best possible outcome is achieved through our various efforts thereto. We have a team of insurance experts outside of our office whom have years of experience which together with our knowledge and expertise forms a successful interdependent working relationship where our clients interests are always of a paramount concern.
